Can I order your pens online?
Yes. Our secure online shop allows you to purchase all of our products and pay by credit/debit card.
How much is delivery?
We charge a flat rate of £4.95, whether you order one item or ten, the delivery charge is always £4.95.
What Carrier is Used?
Within the UK the normal carrier will be Special Delivery or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of the item. If the item is in excess of £30 total recorded special delivery will be used.
How long does delivery take?
With Special Delivery the item will be received 24 hours after dispatch. Please note that items will only be dispatched after funds have been cleared.
What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We accept personal cheques drawn on a UK Bank and all major credit and debit cards including Amex. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us. All transactions are in GBP.

This can be checked by looking out for the Yellow Padlock icon in your browser and also by noticing that the address of the site begins 'https://'.We do understand that some people are still not willing to enter their credit card details on websites, and for that reason we also accept cheques or you may telephone us with your card details if you prefer.
